We work Mommy Hours - that means we work mainly while our little ones are in school. We strive to answer emails and messages within 24-hours.

Mondays: 9am-3pm EST

Tuesday: 9am-3pm EST

Wednesday: 9am-3pm EST

Thursday: 9am-3pm EST

Friday: 9am-3pm EST

SHIPPING 

Complimentary Shipping: Currently we are only able to accept orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, The Baby Promise does not ship orders to post office boxes, however we do accept post office box addresses for your billing needs. Orders are shipped with signature confirmation unless you select otherwise at check-out. Because each item is made and personalized just for you, orders are shipped 15-20 business days. 

 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns since each item is made just for you. By purchasing at The Baby Promise, you agree that you understand the finger size you order is correct. If there is a flaw in the ring itself, you may contact us within 5-days and we can discuss each individual circumstance. Before each item is shipped, it is looked over by our quality control specialists to make sure it meets our highest standards at Baby Promise. 

SOCIAL MEDIA & WEBSITES

Shana Farr Designs, LLC (SFD) manages all social media and websites for the following, including but not limited to, The Baby Promise, Shana Farr Designs, Facebook Pages, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok, and we will remove any and all postings that are inappropriate to the brand. By making a post to or tagging any of the social media pages managed by SFD, you are granting permission for SFD to use re-post your photos and videos on social media and websites managed by SFD.

PRIVACY POLICY

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on The Baby Promise website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the our services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
